[Info Needed]Corpse explosion doesnt seem to happen where you target

Reproduce: yes - others have seen it
blocker: no but it severely hampers the spells use in someways

Could you attempt to reproduce this issue on your end? Testing internally, we observe the corpse explosion appearing to generate from the intended corpse target, not the player avatar.

 

@Attenwood tomorrow i will try again maybe new patch has fixed?

 

@Attenwood this no longer seems to be the case in the new patch 547, it was 100% before. I guess no deal on this one someone must have fixed it

 

@Attenwood correction, in Ulfheim (killing bears), that whole area with bears it still happens, kill a bear, nuke it from a distance, explosion is in your face, kill bear, kill another bear with the other corpse in sight, nuke corpse, explosion is at your feet.. so it is possibly area/zone specific

I also got the same with deep ravenswood round the middle (didnt work the edges so much)

 

everytime i use corpse explosion at the spiders in the NE side of deep ravenswood the explosion is on the avatar and not targeted corpses.
