[Info needed] Decoration Pet no longer works on Lot

My White Lynx Decoration Pet can be placed on my lot but cannot be activated.

no blue cursor

right clicking it only gives
-Take and use item
-Item Permisson
...
-Your Private item: Change to non private
-Permission option

left clicking does nothing


I had it placed on my lot (Area: Dragomir Mori (POT_forest_metropolis_01_template/Dragomir Mori) Loc: (-31.6, 38.0, 114.8))before and it worked fine (patroling)
Then I moved it back into my inventory to place it on another Lot of mine
There he has the above described behaviour.
Then i put it back into inventory and tried use item - that spawned it following me around. I dismissed it and tried again to place him on a lot => not possible to get him back doing patrols or getting the blue cursor...

the Stag on the same lot works fine (patroling) but he was freshly taken out from reward and placed on the lot

placing the Lynx alone on another lot (Area: Dragomir Mori (POT_forest_metropolis_01_template/Dragomir Mori) Loc: (-57.6, 38.0, 63.0)) changes nothing (but the behaviour of the summoned pet is also buggy - it doesn't follow on this lot

 

after relogging today it was patrolling the lot again...
weird - I did nothing

just updated to 629..

And had it again, placing it out of the bank (reward) on the lot Area: Dragomir Mori (POT_forest_metropolis_01_template/Dragomir Mori) Loc: (-59.9, 38.0, 66.3)

Can you explain what you mean by had it again? Same lot and pet? Or was it another pet you just took out of the bank?
I want to make sure I get the details on what happened the second time (after it first seemed fixed, when build 629 was introduced...)

@Lexie same lot same pet but fresh out of the rewards in my bank

 

@Lexie after putting ht lot in the magical mover and to another lot it seems to work now
