    2. 90 percent
    3. No
    4. Usually in Novia Market, I will get the devotional animation at a crafting table. This also happens in random areas in random POT's for no apparent reason.
    5. See above.

We turned it into a game. The spots stayed consistant one we found them. Do it was like an Easter Egg Hunt. They seemed have stopped doing it. How about for you?

Haha! A clever way to enjoy bugs.

After this last patch, the bug seems to be gone. :)

There are lots of duplicate threads on this. We're looking for a way to repro this throughout log in sessions. So if the same spot keeps happening after multiple logouts and builds, we want to know about it.

This is very common, if you put in some play time you will see it. Ive even seen it in adventure scenes but its more common in pots. Most noteably in the crafting station in bladewyke if I had to point you to where it happens most id point there.

I see it. I play all the time......allllll the time. On live even!
The devs researching need the cords please on exactly where you are seeing it. We've looked and every time we go back, it no longer happens at that location for us.

I'm seeing it all the time in North Varisalla Foothills. Just running around back and forth from the entrance to the bandit camp to the right.

One location is Novia_R8_Hills01_02_North_Varisalla_Foothills (-109.1, 55.4, -52.5). I believe it may be the spawn point for the Satyr Archer/Warrior that patrols the road. It seems like you have to be moving SSE direction to trigger it; moving in the other direction down the road doesn't do it. I think each location is direction sensitive. You don't have to be facing that direction necessarily, just moving that direction (backwards or forwards).

Another location is (-105.1, 55.7, -24.7), but there are several all around that area near the entrance. I think it's happening at player and NPC spawn points.

I updated my previous post with more details on how to duplicate the problem.

Keep in mind you need the devotional buffs on yor character to see the vfx effect. If you don't have a devotional buff, there isn't any vfx effect.

    Got one here as well

    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.629.Date.07.07.17
    Area: Novia_R9_Forest02_03
    Area Display Name: Ulfheim
    Loc: (43.0, 29.1, -71.3)

How is this when tons of people can reproduce it yet devs can not?

Also if you see it all the time did you bug report it?

I'll attempt to explain again as I must not be explaining it correctly. We're looking for a solid 'happens almost every time' repro case. The kind of repro I'm looking is special: if you can get this to happen in one spot, log out, log back in, and get it to happen again at that spot that is what we're looking for. That's the kind of repo I'm hoping to find if someone happens to find it, in the rare chance that it is possible.

Goodness, of course I reported it. It is my job to ;)
We've been looking at it and continue to. I'm trying to see what other information we can collect as this one is not easy to troubleshoot internally.

    1. Observe effect at this location travelling south:
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Brittany_Alley
    Area Display Name: Brittany Alleys
    Loc: (158.3, 44.5, 199.4)
    2. Log out of and exit the game
    3. Restart client
    4. Leave Brittany Alleys for the overland map
    5. Re-enter Brittany Alleys
    6. Wait for scene to load around you (I ran towards the central fountain until I started seeing vendors, then ran back)
    8. Return to the same place (approximately) travelling south:
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Brittany_Alley
    Area Display Name: Brittany Alleys
    Loc: (159.9, 44.5, 201.9)
    9. Observe effect

Not to be condescending in any way, but the spot I sent you in Britannia Estates is a 100%, happens ever time I run past it spot. Either your not understanding how to get it to reproduce or ....

As I mentioned in a previous post, you must have devotional buffs and run it every right direction. If you do this, you will see the devotional buff trigger.

And yes it also happens over different log in sessions.

PM me if you need more information.

You're not understanding what she's asking for. When you get the effect log out, log in (resume), see if you still get the effect. As per my steps above, I had to zone out and then in again to get the effect after restarting the client.

If she goes to the spot in Britrany Estates with devotional buffs on, she can run any tests she wants because it triggers the vfx If you are in the zone, every time you past the spot, the effect triggers. If you zone and enter, it triggers. If you leave and log out and come back into the zone and go to the spot. It triggers. not sure what else is needed to show that this spot is reliably produces the effect so that they can explore at there leisure. But, and this is really important, you must be buffed. If you aren't buffed, the vfx won't trigger.
