[Info needed] Exiting from an underground area into a scene from a known, internal entry/exit

Title: Unable to return to a scene from an internal exit to another scene
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Details: I came into Kiln Cistern through a certain point of entry. I now have to go into a siege scene to get back to the front area of Kiln (which wasn't where I entered/exited the Kiln Cistern).
Steps to Reproduce: Exit from Kiln Cistern into Kiln during a siege.

Did you bug this at the location from where you wre trying to go back into Kiln?
I ask because we had a bug open for this that should have been resolved in R44, so I need to make sure I get the exact location right. Thanks!
