[Info needed] File locked on first patch after the release

    using steam to update the latest patch, it failed with an error message saying that the file is locked.
    cant access the game.

    What have you tried so far to troubleshoot? Have you restarted the PC and tried again?
    You may need to verify files: right click on the game, select properties, go to local file tab.

    ok rebooting the computer fixed it. seems the file was locked. its ok now
