Title: Graff Gem Mines Copper Node Fall Through The Floor

Details: There are a set of copper nodes in the Graff Gem mines that when the mining animation is occurring - causes your character to fall through the floor. The location is at the right hallway entrance from the main room.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter the Gem Mine
2. Walk to the right and follow the wall around until you get to the cave hallway entrance. There are two copper nodes that can spawn there.
3. Double click the copper node and when the mining animation starts to position the Avatar - the character will fall through the floor.
4. After a minute the avatar will be teleported the entrance to the mine.

User Specs: PC running Windows 10, 64 bit OS. Game version 37

 

@Nomad2 - Thank you for reporting.

I just entered Graff Gem Mines and spent about 1/2 hour mining down there. I hit every copper node on the first floor (and even the gold nodes in the skeleton room) and was unable to reproduce this bug.

Can you please revisit this location and if it happens again, us the "Report Bug" icon from the menu at the top of the screen in-game? This will copy important info like build version number and exact location info, etc. that might help us track it down.

 

Hi Daxxe - I haven't been able to repeat it since the first instance now. I think the reason is that the nodes I experienced the issue with haven't spawned while I've been in the mine. I'll keep checking and will let you know what I come up with. I'll try to grab a screen shot.
