[Info Needed]Hotkeys Unresponsive during sieges

    1. Title:Hotkeys unresponsive during sieges
    2. Reproduction Rate: fairly often.
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: during a forest siege. fighting engineers. after getting stunned. cant press any 1-0 keys, z, x. relogging, or dieing seems to fix this bug.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: goto a forest siege. attack any camp with engineers. get stunned by engineer.
    6. User Specs: win 10. steam client.

    Which patch number are you playing on where you experienced this issue? Are you able to reproduce this reliably? What skills are you using that are getting interrupted that cause you to lose function of the combat deck?
