[Info Needed]Invisible Barrier inside my 3 story house

Starting yesterday, i nor anyone else i've gotten to test this phenomenon have been unable to get onto the 2nd floor. there seems to be aan invisible wall at top of stairs

sorry for the delay in response...havent been able to be involved as much as woulsd like with SotA recently, RL stress and excuses aside...i had to log on to remember exact name of house but is the lord benefactors home. and as far as i know this began happening out of blue....ie i dont believe i had changed, moved, or added to the item count on the property....i think...thanks for looking out Taz. I'm about to make sure the bug is still active
