[Info needed] Iron chandelier (built-in) produces no light

    Title: Iron chandelier (built-in) produces no light.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The iron chandelier (the one built into many homes) does not produce any light by default. I have to turn it off then back on to get some light.
    Steps to Reproduce: See the screen-shots below.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32164
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Linux.64.513.Date.06.26.17
    Area: PRT_island_metropolis_01/Parrot's Roost
    Area Display Name: Parrot's Roost
    Loc: (-473.8, 88.9, 427.5)

    FWIW this was happing to me in patch 510 or 511 also but with any 'fire' based light, torches, candles, the craftable lantern street lamps (forgot the real name), the brasier that looks like a camp fire. I haven't noticed it since so didn't report it then but I also haven't patched to current today to try yet.
