[Info needed] Ladders in Elven Village not working

    Title: Ladders in Elven Village not working
    Reproduction Rate:~95%
    Blocker? Blocks Deco Setup
    Details: The ladders on the four corners of the Elven Village to not take you up to the corner lookouts, it drops you back down to the bottom. Occasionally it will work, I thought it was a deco in the way thing but today moving deco away from the base, no deco on top and cannot seem to get up.
    I also saw a similar problem on a Viking 2 story Row, I thought the clock next to it might be the problem, but seems to be systematic.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to the property, Attempt to climb ladder (E, Dblclk...), Climb to bottom of ladder each time(screen refresh).

    @Diego Mas it depends where you click on the ladder,
    near the bottom gets you up, near the top gets you down
