[Info needed] Mobs can rotate when rooted

    Title: Mobs can rotate when rooted
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Mobs can now rotate around while rooted. Sort of defeats the purpose of the spell since one can no longer attack them from behind.

    Otherwise... rooting is pointless since the mobs can always be outrun and spells can be cast while running.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8) System RAM: 16275
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GPU RAM: 6084
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.685.Date.10.30.17

    Sure! Recently I was in Tenebris Harbor. So I am running up along the beach, and am engaging the bandit mobs. When I successfully deploy Root and attempt to run around behind the mob to get a positional advantage, the mob simply rotates around to face me.

    I'm pretty sure this happens with various flavors of bandit mob, but I will try to repro again and followup with the specific mobs. It definitely happens with the archer bandits.
