[Info needed] My Hands Are Glowing Blue

    Title: My Hands Are Glowing Blue
    Reproduction Rate: I havn't been able to get it to stop...
    Blocker? No
    Details: Turning in Quest items to NPC at Blood River my hands now glow blue
    Steps to Reproduce:
    I can't get it to stop, there is no buff, no chat log entry to identify it... Do I get to keep this bug? Cool
    Tried removing gloves.
    Tried Arming and Disarming.
    ???
    Do I get to keep this bug? Cool
    I need somebody else to get it, 'Two by two, hands of Blue'

    Update, the blue glow goes away when entering Novia....
    Gone when entering longfall woods.

    If I figure out how to reproduce it, you might turn it off. I thought it was cool, though I would prefer red, reminds me of ships lights. Would be neat for the mines.

    I wish someone else was around to check if it was client side or instance wide. I'll try doing the same thing again and moving back to the same location, might take a lot of practice get the exact location.@Lexie

    Its now been duplicated, while handing in Elven wine and heirlooms. Somebody cast something while I was handing them in.

    The Effect goes away when leaving the elven camp, S path, when the white verticle bars show up, what is that? Then returns when I go back inside. Also when leaving the W Path. And other areas around the edge of the camp, 2nd picture showing white bars at some type of boundary would not upload but I can try again later.

    Was unable to contact another player to determine if this was visible on his client.
    I lost it on one hand after trying different things, Combat stance without bow.
    Going out to try all over the place and the instance crashed and restarted.
