[Info needed] No Animtion - Fire Arrow

The Vagilants in Bloodriver Outskirt have no animation for "Fire Arrow". In R48 and before they have.

 

Whelp, it must be my luck because I can only find the melee ones.
Do you have the coordinates of where you saw this by chance? They can be captured (copy and paste) by using /bug at the location...
