[Info Needed]Non combat hotbar disappeared even through auto hide hotbar not checked.

R39 QA, solo/party mode.

In Resolute square after doing some crafting and vendoring noticed that the tiny non-combat hotbar had vanished! I checked the game menu and the checkbox auto hide hotbar was still clear.

 

FYI, After I ran out of Resolute into a siege event, the non-combat bar reappeared. But, it was still too small. And, it still remained greyed out after entering combat mode and exiting combat mode (as mentioned in the other bugs in this forum).

 

And furthermore... I tried to run through the siege event but I guess I took a wrong turn because I re-entered Resolute instead of going to the overworld.

And, much to my surprise, after I entered the city gates, the non-combat hotbar disappeared again! This bug might actually be reproducable.

 

Pleas elet us know if this issue persists after latest patch 456 later today. Thank you

Retested with patch 456 and the tiny non-combat bar was visible in Resolute.
