[Info Needed]Placing a Tabor Drum caused it to be lost

I attempted to place a Tabor Drum on a table outside my Row House in Serenite. It appeared red for a moment, then disappeared. It was not placed outside or inside through the wall. It did not go back to my inventory. It did not go into the nearby container on the same table.

It seems to have come back on it's own. Had to close out of the game and come back in though.
