[Info needed] Property Manger blank & also can't change house type

Details: My property manager is completely blank, it no longer shows my magic mover slots OR the saved property I had in there. I can't change the house type for any house I own. When I select a different house and hit "proceed" it does nothing. Hitting proceed a 2nd time makes that popup go away, but the house never changes. i tried logging in and out and restarting my client. This is blocking me from doing ANYTHING related to housing except pay taxes and claim/unclaim a lot.

Steps to Reproduce: Use the Property Manager or try to change to a different home.

I wasn't able to repro, although I only have one account I can test that with (rest don't have anything in property manager previously). I checked on overworld, like you did. So I had someone else check as well, and they couldn't find it blank either.

Curious, did restarting the client fix this? Did you log into another account recently? I wondered if this was an UI issue where it was showing the wrong information on accident, cross accounts.

 

Hi @Lexie, yes I tried logging in and out and restarting my client and this is not fixed. I do have another account, but that accounts Property Manger works just fine and has no issues what so ever, even after switching back and forth multiple times. Perhaps my character is personally bugged??

 

Hey @Lexi this is still happening in the latest QA build. I also wanted to make sure you knew this is also happening to my character on the live server as well and is really blocking me from doing anything with my houses currently. After extensive testing and working with other players to test, I think this may be specific to just my account/character.

Hello, I found the cause, and solution for this. Unfortunately it will require a patch, so you can look for it to be fixed when R52 is released. Sorry about the trouble!

Hello, the issue is actually a little more complex than I thought, so it may not be fixed in the first R52 build, but I will certainly be working on it, and have it fixed as soon as I can in a patch.

I've repeatedly had the issue where I can't change from a house to "Empty lot", as well. It's very frustrating.
