[Info needed] R40 Puncture Animation Plays Slowly (Sometimes)

    Title: R40 Puncture (Pole Arms) Animation Plays Slowly Sometimes
    Reproduction Rate: Random

    Details: The pole arms skill puncture has a spinning move. Sometimes, randomly, that spinning moves plays partially or much more slowly.
    Steps to Reproduce: Play pole arms, use puncture consistently, watch performance, especially fighting larger groups. I noticed this for the first time in R39 as well, saw it again in R40, so reporting. I did not notice it prior to R39.

    Yes, I just logged in and tried it. Same results.

    Puncture sometimes produces an animation where the pole arm is spun overhead as the avatar turns counterclockwise fairly quickly. At other times, when in melee combat, the overhead spin doesn't play and it looks more like the avatar is more slowly turning with the polearm at waist level. This happens with a two handed halberd in hand. Havent tried a single handed pole arm.
