[Info needed] Resolution Randomly Changing

Title: Resolution Randomly Changes on scene loads

Details: I use a less powerful machine for my QA play. That machine (specs below) can barely run the game at 3000x2000 60Hz despite that being the max resolution. I generally set the game at 1440x900 59Hz and performance is adequate for testing purposes. Lately, the resolution has been randomly changing when scenes load. When it changes, it always picks the max supported resolution. It's quite annoying because it brings the game to its knees at that resolution on my QA rig. Sometimes it happens when I go into a basement, or come back from one, or zone to the overworld, etc. It's hard to find a pattern.

Steps to Reproduce: Use the game, set on a lower resolution and move around between scenes. Login/logout, do it again. The resolution will randomly change at different times.

Are you playing in windows mode or full screen? We have a known issue open for windowed.
