Went to repair my torch and i salvaged it how can this happen. any help here?

@Sitting Bull - If this happened while hitting the Repair button, then it is a bug and you might be able to get it returned via contacting support@portalarium.com

Also, if this is the case, then @Attenwood could temporarily take possession of your account to check the logs and verify this.

However, if you accidentally hit the Salvage button when you intended to repair, then sadly there is nothing that can be done about it. Attenwood would see which button you pressed at the crafting table.

It does, unfortunately, look like this item was legitimately salvaged, if perhaps by accident. Is this still an issue? I see that you have new Torch of Jerik in your possession other than the one that was mistakenly destroyed?

 

I had a tool repair kit and was on the carpentry station to repair my torch that had low durability on it and I accidentally selected the salvage button. Yes, I had two torch of jereks at the time, I salvaged one by mistake and still have the other one. I was upset and was given two more torches from a gracious guild member. I can give you his character name if you need to verify that. @Attenwood
