[Info needed] Smelter cannot be moved.

    1. Title: Smelter cannot be moved
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: I have a Village Stone Arena Basement. When trying to position the Smelter(s), they stick to the mouse pointer and cannot be disengaged. This is not the penetrate walls bug, but may be related. Only happens with Smelter. Have to log out to detach the Smelter and it resets to the position it was originally placed.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: try to move it.
    6. User Specs: Win 10/64, everything up to date.

    Cannot...unless you want me to /bug without activating the bug. It attaches to the mouse, I cannot use the chat box for /bug or anything else.

    We are, unfortunately, unable to reproduce this issue with any of our smelting stations in a village stone arena basement. If you're able to get this to occur reliably, we may need more details to help us understand the special sauce required for it to get stuck on your cursor.

    Ok, I understand. However, I also managed to do it with a different smelter in a different place on a village lot in our POT of Verat Chaos. I have two village houses there. I'm not sure, but I think it may be more related to multiple mouse button clicks at the same time of both left and right mouse than a location. However, it does the same thing and I need to either zone, log to menu or quit to get the smelter to drop off of the pointer and return to original position. I have found that I can drag it to inventory instead of attempting to pickup and reposition. Then moving it out of the inventory seems to avoid this problem.

    Let me know if there is something I can do for you.

    ..by zone, I mean use the basement to go out or into depending on where I am.

    ..trying to remember, but I may also lose the ability to type in the chat box with the pointer attached.

    Ok, went back to the island house, stripped and tried to trigger the bug on the smelter...I couldn't.

    Went to the Village Stone Arena Basement where I first reported and tried...triggered it on first attempt. It MAY be related to a seam issue on the balcony level where I have my stations positioned. Perhaps when I try to release the station when in a "unable to place state" and it is over a seam, it gets stuck. At any rate, I have it tied to the cursor as I type this.

    Still broken. IF I have the game in Deco mode, it will stick to the cursor every time. I also still suspect the floor seam is involved. It is in a spot where you have to adjust it somewhat to get it to land in the first place.

    I've had the "smelter stuck to cursor" issue happen a couple of times. Mine's in a village pavilion with a lot of other deco around. It doesn't happen all of the time, I can move it, pick it up, etc - but occasionally when I click to use the smelter it will get "stuck" to my cursor and act like I'm trying to move it, only fixable by relog (and its back where it belongs.) I mention this because while I have seen this happen with other deco on occasion, it seems to happen with the smelter more often. This thread has made me think perhaps that there is something smelter-related that causes this to happen, maybe based on its footprint. I'm not able to intentionally get it to do it, however.

    I can make it happen just about every time now. The smelter is a light source, but I have plenty of additional lights available in my arena basement. It is sitting on a spot on the floor that I have to adjust it to avoid before it will place. I don't know what the issue is, but it definitely is bugged.
