    Title: Solace Bridge Outskirts: family heirlooms quest

    Details: I went looking for the bandits with stolen heirlooms and came to Loc: (353.6, -3.8, 197.7) where I saw a bandit and archer that seemed to be on patrol. They walked under/near the wooden ramp and right by me while I was trying to attack but my attacks did no damage until both of the mobs retrained themselves and became attackable. lag on my end perhaps.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 8122
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016

    I couldn't repro this with any mobs in this area (including the ones on patrol). I'll keep an eye out for additional reports.
