4. Details: Also took a ton of damage for some reason without any combat logs happening during that time

You are carrying 100% over your weight limit. You should be also walking very very slow with a strength of 0 and a dexterity of 1. Try unloading a lot of your items and see if you strength and stamina don't go back up.

 

Err I wasn't overloaded before the bug reduced my strength to 0

This was a one time issue. Some additional details:

I had a death debuff that was setting my stats down by 50+ the amount of the debuff decreased over time. (This isn't like the usual death timer debuff thing)

I had not died/ressed immediately before this happened, however a friend had rezzed me earlier in the scene(maybe 15 mins?) and I was running nearish to an ankh when the bug happened. Perhaps the bug could have to do with ressurect not properly updating the player's aliveness status? (Or maybe it's totally unrelated)
