this morning in 2h = 73 crash crafting in novia market.. now x3 dead for 3 crash in S.G.barrens dragon... R42 UNplayable to my.. really?

@Grizelda TheHag What you are reporting is definitely not a widespread problem. I think we're going to have to do some particular troubleshooting with your machine.
Please list all the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far and we (myself and the rest of the community) will do our best to help out. A full uninstall and reinstall is recommended as something may have gone wrong in the update itself. Thank you.

ok, i was format one computer and install w10 x64, i was install drivers updates and SOTA, work well...
problem is my computer one 3770k THX ! (solved one), i will check laptop.

A note to Lexie: A fresh new install of Win10 64-bit operating system to the customer's desktop pc with the Intel i7-3770K CPU resolved the issue. But the customer is still having crash issues with the laptop.

@Grizelda TheHag I'm sorry, I'm not quite clear which troubleshooting steps you have completed on the laptop.
Also, is it the exact same behavior? When you crash it is not responding - what behavior do you see?

 

The game closes completely every 5 minutes and in bride market every minute killing the dragon does not give time to kill him before the crash, in the laptop, I can not play on the 1gb GPU laptop either .... can not play laptop, I start and it closes, I restart and blue screen and blue screen or close, every 2min or 3min. 1gb gpu
