[Info Needed]Very Low perfomances on mid/high end rig

Hi there, new player here. I'm having a very low perfomances on this RIG:

Reverted a couple of graphic drivers, resetted Appdatas files, checked OS problems. Nothing came out.
Still having very low fps beside of gfx options/resolutions/windowed/full/fakewindowed/vsyncs/framelimiters/ SSD/HD / steam or pure client
Out of any ideas, any advice is very apreciated

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you elaborate a bit on your experience? What kind of performance loss are you seeing? Which scenes does the poor performance appear to be occurring in? Does anything about the play improve or worsen your performance? Any additional details may help us identify the issue observed better.

Somehow I was playing under directx12 which gave me back horrible perfomances in every Shadows Option between low and maxime, using -force-d3d11-no-singlethreaded as argument now sota runs in dx11 which is much more viable. Also bumping up prerendered frames (4 max in my case non sli mode) by forcing them into the driver panel helps in low fps scenario cities.

 

Have to add also that my crash count now is close to zero, compared to many frozen screen while in dx12

 

I play on a mac, but have and i7. still i set graphics to fastest and turn shadows off. game runs smooth but macbook runs hot.
I noticed when I turned the shadows on to complete a quest, the game ran like poo.
