[Info needed] Water gives cover

    1. Title: Water gives cover
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No.
    4. Details: Even a small amount of water produces a large amount of cover.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Stand in water. Get hit.
    6. User Specs: IBM 3270, High-speed Token Ring adapter, 640KB RAM, 80x24 character display

    It for sure works in Graff Gem Mines or any of its clones (Graff, Verdantis, Elysium, etc.) The water on the second or third floor works equally well.
