Inner Strength

    When I cast Inner Strength about 50% of the time the timer gores to my bar but the buff says +0 Strength.

    Noticed that today too. Sometimes the buff isn't correctly applied. (zero)

    We are not seeing this issue when testing internally. Are you still seeing this? Is there a better reproduction case to follow to get it to occur? Thank you for reporting.
