Instruments (aside from piano) cannot play any note lower than middle C

While playing ABC files songs end a couple of notes too early.

The following instruments have a limited pitch range and auto-adjust to a high octave if the notes they attempt are too low (seems like middle C is the threshold):

Harp can hit C, (1 octave under middle C) but not C,, (2 octaves under)
Flute is wierd as it CAN play C,, but C and C, are exactly the same pitch
Organ can get to C, but not C,, or c' (2 octaves above middle)




The following instruments will play nothing at all if attempting to play any note lower than middle C:

Lute just wont play anything below middle C
