Inventory scrolling state is not independent for each tab

4. Details: It appears that currently there is some sharing of the scrolling state between the different tabs in the inventory UI - I believe they should be independent. I checked my Equipment tab and to my surprise found it empty, when I knew I should have a single item there. Turns out my "All Items" tab was scrolled down to the bottom and this prevented the item from showing on the Equipment tab, despite no scrollbar being shown on that tab.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Have a lot of items in inventory (enough so the All items list scrolls at least) but have only 1 equipment item. Switch to the All Items tab, scroll to the bottom, then switch over to the equipment tab, you'll see the single equipment item doesn't show up. Now go back to the All Items tab, scroll to the top and then switch to the Equipment tab and your item will be shown.
