Invisible Blocker not aligned to chain graphic!

    Reproduction Rate:Always
    Blocker?Yes
    Details:At the end of the chain graphic located at the loc listed below, there seems to be a blocker which is annoying when you get caught on it when there is nothing visible to block you!
    Steps to Reproduce:Try running past the tip of the chain on the ground, why we have to jump over a chain makes no sense to me but having additional area blocking player is annoying or a bug!
