Is it time for Utility Bar decks?

Now that batch planting is in, batch planting requires the seed you want to plant to be in the Utility bar. When you water plants, the skil needs to be in the utility bar. And when you harvest, the skill needs to be in the utility bar. Combine that with things that are in the bar you use for fighting, like food, potions, the odd skill, the bar fills up fast, really fast.

It is possible with a little effort to manipulate how the bar is used ...

... but should we have utility bar decks like we have combat decks?
