Is Novia the name of the planet or the major landmass, or both, or?

    The overworld is also called novia, there no new britannia.

    They also say the name of the land sota is set in is new britannia on the wiki, so its contradicting itself in the same page: http://sotawiki.net/sota/New_Britannia

    Arabella tells new players that New Britannia is the entire world, but I prefer to ignore that and assume it's just the central area of Novia ruled by Lord British and his followers. I can't see the Perennial Shogun submitting to rule by some far off Outlander, after all. In my head, the planet itself is Sotania. :)

    those are not contradictions. continents can include adjacent islands. for instance, britain is part of europe.

    First one say first continent released is new britannia when arabella says new britannia got a cataclysm centuries ago and got destroyed, second say Location: Novia, which seem pretty in novia to me ;p
