Is practice dummy still not accessible by anyone else other than home owner?

    I thought this was a bug that was fixed awhile back or was it never addressed?

    not a bug, a future goal. if they say they've enabled it and it still doesn't work, THEN it's a bug.

    the work they did to make lot npcs animate when their owner isn't present (rather than being frozen statues) was a step toward it.

    Technically others can hit the training dummy if the owner is in the same zone... But yea.
