Is there a trick to finishing the Visit Devotional Shrines quest?

I have visited al 11 shrine and discussed the theme of each shrine with the caretaker. On my compass I can see each shrine marker no longer has a task associated with it. I have gone to each city twice now, checking it off a list. Is there anything else I can do?

 

I think the main point of visiting the shrines is just to get siege quests.
