Is there a way to not give the "Reshape" skills to noobs?

    It makes a very understandable Daggar, Repair, and Salvage into a not very understandable 20+ recipes, of which almost none are useful at the moment.

    I noticed that at some vendors.. the amount of items visible seemed a little unnecessary.

    Specifically I'm talking about in the Outskirts map, like give them the reshape skills after they've tried crafting at least once.
