Is there more ways for find out recipes?

    HI! I am just starting out and finally found owls head and found a butchers table I can use ( near the stable with the horse ) but I am missing the mutton meat recipe someone else was talking about? so I need this recipes and I looked in the help and it does give a few but thats it..

    I need mutton meat for starters as and then I guess I will either buy it or play around as the help file suggest but for now I need gold because I am loaded with stuff and cannot move very good.

    Is there is a few more basic recipe you think I should have I would apreciate it :)

    Is there other ways of obtaining recipes? can this be found in book somewhere?

    HHI! Thank you. I do have another question thouhg. it mentions that we can use the CTRL key to select only 1 item to put on the table but it does not work. have they changed this? when I drag the itme while pressing the Crtl key it still puts all my Items on the table...

    So now I have the receipt in my book. appareatly there is an easier way to get it now right, now that I have created the receipe once and its in the book?

    I ask because I have 24 sheep carcuses, but I just got it.. you can just double click on the meat icon and it will add it to the table automatically.. cool :_)

    On the subject of mutton, please tell me that somebody caught the Princess Bride quote from Rickard in the Fire Lotus Inn? Nice MLT sandwich where the mutton is nice and lean...classic lol! :D

    On the subject of being too heavy to walk, go to the bank and unload some of your supplies. You can return to the bank to get more whenever you need them. If you have stuff in your backpack you do not want anymore, you can also right click the item and choose "destroy" from the gump that pops up.

    I'm glad you like Rickard. He was a fun NPC to write.

    When writing NPCs I try to strike a balance. A few are meant to be funny, and most are meant to be serious. I don't want to just pepper dialogue with tons of references that take you out of the game, but I assume a few like that should be fine.

    Not all the Ardoris dialogue is in yet, but there are a few "fun" NPCs like him I wrote for Ardoris.

    Did you write the cheese man in ardoris? I couldn't help thinking of Sheogorath from Elder Scrolls when I met the Ardoris cheese man.

    If you have excel you can use the spreadsheet I made (in my Sig). It'll backtrack all the ingredients you need for any crafting project. There is a video link in the Dropbox folder explaining it.
