Issues with Distract

    1. Reproduction Rate: consistent
    2. Blocker?no
    3. Details:
      1. See screenshot 1 for issue where marker seems to jump up at certain distances.
      2. Screenshot #2 shows an issue where the marker is red - cannot be placed. This seems to only occur in areas where I am between objects but still a visible clear path.
    4. Steps to reproduce: Use Distract skill near any enemy NPC.
    5. User Specs:
      1. Ubuntu 15.10
      2. Intel® Xeon(R) CPU E5440 @ 2.83GHz × 8
      3. 64 bit
      4. GeForce GTX 960/PCIe/SSE2
