item purchased from auctioner in ardoris doesnt show up in bank.

On 11/28/16 around 7:38pm I purchased a 2016 yule wreath for 500 gold from a seller named shipwrek brokenbow (from auctioneer deng Zhou) and the item did not show up in the bank at ardoris. Do I have to wait? or is this a bug?

@Edenworldsaga, Thank you for reporting, I have submitted this issue for Team review. Was this an NPC Town Vendor, Player Vendor or Individual Player? Generally items purchased from Vendors appear in your backpack and not in the Bank. Was the item in your backpack possibly listed under a different name. Any additional information would be helpful in tracking down this item.

 

Ok it seems the item is in my inventory and not the bank of ardoris. My mistake. thank you Gatsu.

 

My problem is resolved now. Im sorry for taking up your time. I thought auction items go into the town banks.
