    Title: Item tagged with 'last moved' data from attempting to move item but letting it snap back

    Details: I'm seeing items tagged as moved even if they snapped back and didn't actually move
    Steps to Reproduce: Find an item you have permission to move, but has never been moved before - try to move it by grabbing it with the mouse cursor, and then drag it to an invalid location (red spot) so it snaps back where it was originally -- now the 'last moved' data is applied to the item, even though technically ,it never moved.
