Items are not accessible - it states they are in basement

Details: I was testing out the magic mover, and managed to get everything in my lot into my bank (where it says it is in the basement). However, the basement is deployed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) I put my wizards tower into slot 1. That had the hatch leading to the basement.
2) I put my 5 story basement into slot 2.
3) I put down an Old Village Keep.
4) I restored the basement.
5) I went to my bank and got a basement hatch.
6) I put down the hatch in the keep.
7) I wanted to get some stuff from the tower, so I told it to send the tower to the bank (as opposed to restoring it)
8) Everything in the top went to a grayed out entry in the bank called Lot (Village Stone 5-Story Basement).

I have no idea how to access anything there. It should have gone (I think) to a Wizard Tower (Village Home) slot if anything.
