Ive been away. When are the physical items shipping?

Sorry if this has been addressed. I don't have a ton of time to check the forums and skim for threads, I'm just a regular dude who KS'd the game however many years ago. I figured since launch was some time ago I'd see my physical items in the mail and that would get me excited enough to come play again. I always thought the physical items would be a great way to get new revenue coming in from players that haven't played in a while. Anywho, any info would be great.

They're being packaged now. Ship in the next couple of weeks, maybe.

As has been said, they're in the pipeline. The printed things are printed, the LB signatures are done, now it's in the hands of the fulfillment companies to stuff the boxes and mail them.

 

I've been deep into putting my eyes on each and every address to make sure formatting of domestic and international addresses is appropriate. There are thousands of them, it's taking some work, but I have this opportunity to make sure any single one that may have an issue makes it through that hurdle.

Scott Jones has been the master director of all communications on this for the last few months (at least), and he continues to make sure every detail in his purview is covered.

 

Sascha has just jumped back into the loop to support us from the business side of things. Everything is proceeding nicely!
