journal can't flip forward - the right corner is not clickable anymore?

    Title: journal can't flip forward - the right corner is not clickable anymore?

    Details: I am trying to find an old quest in my Journal to see if I completed it -- I went back a page too far, but when I looked in the bottom right corner - it has no clickable area - and clicking where that should be, doesn't flip forward.
    Steps to Reproduce: Open the Journal, click "Knowledge Journal" , click the bottom left corner a few times to go backward -- notice there is no way to go forward anymore ..?

    Most all of the text from previous quests seems to have disappeared from the Knowledge Journal. This has been the case for a long time.

    all my old knowledge journal entries are still there, though i can only access them by flipping back. that's been a while; i noticed it in may and am not sure that was when it first happened.
