Journal not localized

    Complaint of a player: The journal entries show up in English, even if German is selected.

    I checked this and all verified entries are already localized since some time, so missing translation is not the reason for them to not show up properly.

    Bug entered: however after testing it, I am not sure of the reported issue. I did see that the place names above each journal entry are debugging strings (they have ? ? in them), but all other elements of the journal appear to be localizable.
