Journal not recording quest objectives

    1. Title: Journal not recording quest objectives
    2. Reproduction Rate: Don't know
    3. Blocker? Possibly - I'll soon see if I can't continue the quest chain!
    4. Details: I completed the Halls of Artifice, I got the 100k XP for the quest, however I did not get the next steps recorded in my journal. I also STILL have three quests in the chain I have completed in my journal: Travel to Jaanaford, Find answers in Kiln and Book Passage to Xenos.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: No clue, do the quests again?
    6. User Specs: Win 10
