Jumping does not work against Root effect of Reaper Grasping Roots

    Title: Jumping does not work against Root effect of Reaper Grasping Roots
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    When a Reaper uses Grasping Roots - it applies a 100% Root effect.

    Jumping does not do anything against this root effect - no focus cost from jumping, no ability to break out fo this root.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Fight at Reaper and have Grasping Roots applied to you
    2) Attempt to jump to break out of root effect - observe that there is not focus cost from jumping, and cannot break out of the root
