    Details: Have been working on lowering my karma since it really began on my guy. I have been lying, talking to the beggers and telling them no coin. I ridicule and berate the guards, vendors, townsfolk, I wake them up at night, I kill the watchers, I steal, I kill the horses and wisp as well as the fawns. I have even taken up pickpocketing. My cape of valor glows DEEP Royal Blue, my Cape of the Avatar is Pearly, shimmery white. They even like me on Diamond Jacks. This has been going on for a LONG time except for Diamond Jack.
    Steps to Reproduce: lye cheat steal murder, build torture chamber and use it.
