Kas Ruins Riei Firefeather w/Radiating Flame Damage

    Title: Kas Ruins Riei Firefeather

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) No

    Details: Riei Firefeather is a named boss in Wynton's Folly, Hidden Vale. Its a surprise to find him here as well. Also, I get set ablaze immediately when near him with full on damage, unlike the harmless animations that you see at Wynton's Folly.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Area: Kas Ruins (Novia_R9_Forest01_Kas) Loc: (10.3, 164.6, -29.6) DBG: Tm92aWFfUjlfRm9yZXN0MDFfS2FzfHwoMTAuMzQxLCAxNjQuNjE0LCAtMjkuNjM2KXwoMCwgLTAuOTY2LCAwLCAwLjI1OSl8LTE5NDkuMjE5fDE0LjkxODI5fDEuMjU=

    2. Observe: There is a boss-sized Phoenix here named Riei Firefeather.
    3. Observe: You are on fire like in Wynton's Folly, except here you are taking lots of fire damage instead of it being a simple animation. I doubt any party would last long under these circumstances.

    I saw that near the entrance to the underground.

    Good thing it was fighting something else so I could get in.
