Details: Pressing and holding down any of the ALT or CTRL buttons while moving with the WASD keys will force your character to stop until you release the keys. Auto-running is not affected, you'll keep running while pressing down either ALT or CTRL.
If using ALT or CTRL as modifiers to more easily use the last 5 combat hotbar slots after rebinding(ALT/CTRL+1-5), this issue makes it particularly annoying when trying to move and use abilities at the same time, e.g. when trying to heal yourself by pressing ALT+3 while fleeing from a difficult fight, enabling enemies to catch up and finish you off.

SHIFT does not suffer from this issue, but at the same time cannot be bound to any of the hotbar keys in the Controls option menu.

Steps to Reproduce: While moving with WASD, hold down either the ALT or CTRL key.
