Kiln Cistern - Raging Water Elementals not spawning

Details: The Raging Water Elementals are not spawning where they normally should show up.

This is a problem since I should be able to get a Key to Midmaer Passage here so I can avoid Midras Ruins - so I can do the Path of Love using the underground route.

Steps to Reproduce: Go to where they should be and they do not show up.

We made a few spawning fixes late yesterday and today too.

I just tested this area you mentioned with latest code. I'm not too familiar with the area, but I did notice it working. There's a group of spawners (4 possible locations, 2 will spawn). Only 2 of the locations of the four are visible in the first room, the other two are in a different room. So, first time I ran no *visible* elementals at the start location, second time 1 visible, third time 2 visible.

The first official *patch* should contain all the spawning fixes from today.
