    1. Title: Kiln Cistern ladder chain.
    2. Reproduction Rate: Every time.
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: The chain to lower the ladder in the Kiln Cistern does not operate. The cursor does not even light up when you hover over it.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: ?
    6. User Specs: OS: Windows 7 64bit
      CPU: Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHZ Ver: 35.06
      GPU: GeForce GTX 560 TI
      SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.620.Date.06.30.17
