Knights Watch -> Hidden Vale Crash

    Reproduction Rate: Everytime I leave Knights watch from the Boat to Hidden Vale
    Details: When I leave Knights Watch (POT nested in Kingsport) It gets stuck at 99% and it crashes
    Started happening recently (1-2 Weeks Ago had a similar problem at Owls Head no problem now! just checked) Doesn't crash from Kingsport... When I hit resume after getting crashed from Knights watch it crashes again at 99% - I can get on world map by saying Start on World map
    Steps to Reproduce: Just take the boat to Hidden Vale to Knights watch
    User Specs: Windows 10 64
    Motherboard: Z97 GAMING 5
    processor: Intel i5 4690k 3.5 GHZ
    Memory: 16 GB Ram
    Video Card: AMD MSI R9 390
    Direct X Version 12
